KABTech’s two story buildings in plant facilities use overhead space to take full advantage of reclaiming unusable square footage.
Our stackable, modular multi-purpose buildings can be easily reassembled utilizing cranes or forklifts. We can make your guard shack with materials that will eliminate the need for costly mezzanine decking or superstructures.
Features include structural sheathing, plaster interiors, and thermal windows and offer optimal sound control between floors.
We can also show you how you can protect your KABTech security guard booths and outside guard buildings from damage with optional steel bollard posts and safety guards, safety barriers and forklift barriers. All prefabricated buildings adhere to the applicable rules of fire prevention and Building Safety Commission IC 22-15-4-2.
